Maxi

The Maxi-Cube is our most generous entry framework – and at the same time the purest form of modular architecture. From 48 m², with lengths of up to 18 m and individually selectable width, a spatial concept unfolds without artificial limits: two or more fully-fledged sleeping areas, a generous living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one or two bathrooms – all configured according to your ideas. The facade of the Maxi invites design accents that would not be possible with smaller formats: asymmetrical window groups, a covered outdoor terrace as an integral part of the module, facade cladding made from recycled wood, corten steel or anodized aluminium in any colour palette.

You choose floor plan variants: open loft character or clearly separated rooms. Light colours that reflect the landscape, or dark tones that blend into nature. Large sliding doors that merge interior and exterior, or floor-to-ceiling fixed glazing with views of mountains, sea or vineyards. The longer and wider the Cube, the more possibilities: additional modules can be docked to the side or end to integrate terraces, carports or separate work areas.

The Maxi is suitable as a family residence, as an exclusive holiday home, as a retreat for small groups or as a flagship unit in an aleae™ network location. It is the answer for everyone who doesn't want to choose between comfort and sustainability – and who knows that the best architecture knows no compromises.
