aleae™ produces its units in the exclusive Miami Beach series by Eurocasa / Nidify Home — with individual, high-quality furnishings defined by aleae™ itself. The Miami Beach series is the top segment of the Eurocasa product line. It combines clear, modern aesthetics with premium materials and a high degree of customization. In close collaboration with the production team in Burgos, aleae™ has developed its own equipment line that meets both guest comfort requirements and the brand's sustainability values. Each unit is conceived as a rolling work of art: recognizable as aleae™, replicable across all future locations, and yet open to regional adaptations in material and color.

aleae™ has established first official contacts with local authorities in the Narbonne–Carcassonne region — an important step towards realizing the pilot site. These initial discussions focus on questions regarding land use zoning, approval procedures for modular construction, and local attitudes towards sustainable tourism projects. The responses are encouraging: the concept is meeting with open doors. Local anchoring is not a nice-to-have for aleae™, but a strategic core principle. Only those who are perceived by municipalities as partners can be integrated into the regional fabric in the long term and harmoniously.

Factory visit in Burgos: Sustainability starts in production

On April 22, 2026, Peter Sulser traveled to Burgos (Spain) — to the production facility of Eurocasa Group and in collaboration with Nidify Home, the European manufacturer that will produce the aleae™ modules. The visit focused on material selection, production optimization, and ecological footprint minimization. In detailed discussions with the owner of Eurocasa and the Nidify representative, the specifications for the Miami Beach production series were refined — the foundation for consistent and repeatable quality across all future aleae™ locations. For aleae™, sustainability does not begin in operation, but already in production: in the choice of materials, the energy balance of manufacturing, and the logistics of module deliveries.

New: Reward Crowdfunding as a Fifth Financing Instrument

aleae™ has expanded its financing model with a fifth instrument: reward crowdfunding — a community financing model where anyone can contribute between €5 and €100 and receive a voucher worth double the amount in return. The campaign goal: €394,187 — equivalent to 10% of the total investment volume. No return promises, no capital investment in the legal sense, no fine print. Supporters receive a voucher with double value, redeemable at any aleae™ establishment worldwide, with no expiration date. The campaign will be handled through the French platforms KissKissBankBank or Ulule and is designed for travel enthusiasts as well as neighborhood projects and local economic networks.

Investor launch end of May 2026 — Request package

The official investor launch of aleae™ will take place at the end of May 2026. The complete investor package can be requested from now on — detailed financial data, location information and the interactive financial model are available under NDA. aleae™ offers investors four complementary instruments: Sale & Leaseback (S&L) with 9% p.a. in years 1–5 and 10.5% p.a. from year 6 onwards, crowdinvesting, revenue-based financing (RBF) and convertible bonds. The total investment volume for the pilot location is €3,941,866 — structured in 39,419 shares of €100 each. Break-even is at 24% capacity utilization. All three calculated scenarios (40%, 60%, 80%) show a positive result before taxes.

Your opinion matters. aleae™ has published a visitor survey on aleae.eu — and invites everyone interested in sustainable travel, modular accommodation, or new travel styles to share their perspective. The survey is anonymous, takes around five minutes, and covers the key aspects: travel behaviour, comfort requirements, price willingness, preferred regions, and sustainability preferences. The results flow directly into fine-tuning the aleae™ concept. Those who participate help shape the first location according to the actual needs of its future guests — and receive exclusive early access to booking offers upon request.

The new website aleae.eu is online

aleae.eu is now online — along with it, a complete digital home for the project that will redefine modular accommodation in Southern Europe. The new website provides comprehensive information in eight languages on the concept, the units, the financing model, co-founder opportunities, and the pilot site in the Aude. A multilingual AI chatbot, developed with Anthropic's Claude API, is available around the clock to answer questions. The website is just the beginning: the booking system resa.aleae.eu as well as the investor and partner portals will follow in the coming months.

Large projects require large teams. aleae™ by Cubemotel™ is looking for six co-founders who will work together with Peter Sulser to build Southern Europe's first sustainable modular accommodation network. The campaign has officially launched. On LinkedIn, Wellfound and other platforms, profiles are being targeted that will take the project to the next level in its key areas: Finance & Law, Marketing & Communication, Operations & Hospitality, Architecture & Ecology, Web & Tech, and Content & Social Media. Those who join now become part of a project that already has concrete structures, financing models and a clear expansion target by 2035 — and benefits from early investor conditions.

aleae™ has defined the final unit sizes: Studio 4×4 m (16 m²), Standard 4×8 m (32 m²), and Family 4×12 m (48 m²). This definition is the result of an intensive coordination process between design requirements, production capabilities at Eurocasa / Nidify Home, and the comfort expectations of our target groups. The sizes are precisely tailored to the respective usage profiles: Studio for 1–2 people, Standard for 2–3 people, Family for up to 5 people. With these dimensions, aleae™ is clearly positioned in the market comparison: more comfort than a campsite, more nature experience than a city hotel, and a price range that is attractive to broad target groups.

With freshly branded vehicles rolling through the streets of the south — the brand carries its message directly into the region where the first location will be established. The cars with the aleae™ sticker are more than an advertising tool. It is a statement: We are here, we are building something, and we want the people in the Aude and throughout southern France to be part of it from the very beginning. Local visibility is just as important to us as digital presence. Wherever the vehicles appear, conversations arise. With campers, tourists, residents, restaurateurs. These encounters are exactly the pulse of the project.
