The new website aleae.eu is online

aleae.eu is now online — along with it, a complete digital home for the project that will redefine modular accommodation in Southern Europe. The new website provides comprehensive information in eight languages on the concept, the units, the financing model, co-founder opportunities, and the pilot site in the Aude. A multilingual AI chatbot, developed with Anthropic's Claude API, is available around the clock to answer questions. The website is just the beginning: the booking system resa.aleae.eu as well as the investor and partner portals will follow in the coming months.

The new website aleae.eu is online

The development of aleae.eu was designed for multilingualism and multi-purpose functionality from the outset. The platform simultaneously serves three target audiences: travelers, investors, and institutional partners — each with tailored content, tone, and calls to action.

Platform technical stack:

  • — Frontend: Multilingual, responsive architecture (FR/DE/EN/ES/PT/IT/CA/EL)

  • — Backend: Node.js / Express on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure

  • — AI Chatbot: Anthropic Claude API with RAG architecture (MongoDB Atlas Vector Search)

  • — Booking system: resa.aleae.eu (in preparation)

  • — Portals: Investors, Partners, Municipalities (in development)

 

The AI chatbot automatically detects the user's language and adapts both tone and content to the respective profile. A traveler receives different responses than an investor — without having to specify this explicitly.

Additional national subpages (fr.aleae.eu, es.aleae.eu, pt.aleae.eu, it.aleae.eu, gr.aleae.eu) are currently being implemented and will be activated progressively.

New: Reward Crowdfunding as a Fifth Financing Instrument

aleae™ has expanded its financing model with a fifth instrument: reward crowdfunding — a community financing model where anyone can contribute between €5 and €100 and receive a voucher worth double the amount in return. The campaign goal: €394,187 — equivalent to 10% of the total investment volume. No return promises, no capital investment in the legal sense, no fine print. Supporters receive a voucher with double value, redeemable at any aleae™ establishment worldwide, with no expiration date. The campaign will be handled through the French platforms KissKissBankBank or Ulule and is designed for travel enthusiasts as well as neighborhood projects and local economic networks.

Investor launch end of May 2026 — Request package

The official investor launch of aleae™ will take place at the end of May 2026. The complete investor package can be requested from now on — detailed financial data, location information and the interactive financial model are available under NDA. aleae™ offers investors four complementary instruments: Sale & Leaseback (S&L) with 9% p.a. in years 1–5 and 10.5% p.a. from year 6 onwards, crowdinvesting, revenue-based financing (RBF) and convertible bonds. The total investment volume for the pilot location is €3,941,866 — structured in 39,419 shares of €100 each. Break-even is at 24% capacity utilization. All three calculated scenarios (40%, 60%, 80%) show a positive result before taxes.

The survey is anonymous, takes around five minutes, and covers the key aspects: travel behaviour, comfort requirements, price willingness, preferred regions, and sustainability preferences. The results flow directly into fine-tuning the aleae™ concept.
