TheStructure
Every aleae™ site is designed around a single guiding principle: clarity. Clarity of movement, clarity of purpose, and clarity of experience — for guests, for operators, and for the communities that host us.
The pilot site in the Narbonne–Carcassonne region of Occitania covers a rectangular plot of approximately 200m × 75m, organised into four distinct zones running south to north. Each zone has a defined function. Together, they form a coherent, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Zone 1 -Public Parking
The entry point to every aleae™ site. A 40-metre deep public car park runs the full width of the plot, providing ample parking for guests, visitors, and day-use customers of the public-facing services in Zone 2. The main gate opens here, and the one-way circulation begins.
Zone 2 -Services & Reception
Eight 50 m² service modules (12.5m × 4.0m) line the eastern and western boundaries of Zone 2, four on each side, with a 4-metre gap between units. This is where guests are welcomed and where the site's public life happens.
Zone 2 includes:
Reception & check-in
Shop (rented)
Co-working space — available to guests and digital nomads
Storage (maintenance, cleaning, F&B)
Technical installations (water treatment, solar storage, maintenance)
Coffee shop (rented)
Sanitary facilities — separated ladies / men / non-binary, disabled access, showers
Leisure Cube — bicycle and sports equipment rental (rented)
Zone 3 -Accommodations
The heart of the site. Twenty-eight modules — 14 on each side of the central road — house 36 individual habitations arranged symmetrically from south to north. Green buffer strips run along the eastern and western plot boundaries, with tree cover, a playground, and outdoor infrastructure.
From south to north, on each side
2 Family units(12.0 m × 4.0 m · 48 m² · up to 5 people)
8 Standard units(8.0 m × 4.0 m · 32 m² · up to 3 people)
4 units with 2 Studios(4.0 m × 4.0 m · 16 m² per studio · up to 2 people)
Zone 4 -Camping Car Area
The northernmost zone accommodates motorhomes with ten pitches arranged symmetrically — five on the eastern side, five on the western side — each measuring 5m × 8m, set 5m from the plot boundary. Two service modules (12.5m × 4.0m) anchor the eastern and western corners of the north boundary. The one-way road exits at the centre of the northern boundary, completing the site's circulation loop cleanly and safely.
